retitle 914333 origami-pdf & pdfproctools both ship /usr/bin/pdfmetadata
reassign -1 src:origami-pdf,src:pdfproctools

So, this bug is in two source packages. I'm quoting paragraph 10.1 of
the Debian policy here (hence CC to d-devel):
