Dear FTP masters,

First and foremost: Sorry that I didn't communicated upfront, before
doing this upload. Just yesterday I got an idea that this version might
get rejected, after I did the upload. Sorry for this, lesson learned.

I would like to, but one of the deps is ruby-mail 2.7, which in turn
depends on ruby2.5. I won't backport this.

Instead, I opted-in to take care of the users, people, projects and orgs
relying on schleuder, and shipped recently a bugfix, version +2, and not
wanted to ship another one, +3.

At this point in time I see that I broke policy by this, sorry for this.

Due to the above, any chance of accepting +3 at this point in time?
