Dear Maintainer,

gitlab could not be installed.

carrierwave 1.3.1 is installed but it's looking for 1.2.3. And there is
no 1.2.3 version in Debian.


Could not find gem 'carrierwave (= 1.2.3)' in any of the gem sources
listed in your Gemfile or available on this machine.
