[DRE-maint] Bug#923986: ruby-pygments.rb: FTBFS randomly (failing tests)

Simple question:

Given that this "heisenbug" has happened in my own autobuilders, using
sbuild, and also in reproducible-builds, using pbuilder:

https://tests.reproducible-builds.org/debian/logs/buster/armhf/ruby-pygments.rb_1.2.0-2.build2.log.gz

and the way it fails is the same, would it make sense to mark the test as XFAIL anyway?
