[DRE-maint] backporting ruby-mail 2.7 to debian stretch for schleuder 3.4.0

Hi Georg and other folks interested in schleuder in debian.

Debian stretch has ruby-mail 2.6.  schleuder's latest version (3.4.0)
requires ruby-mail 2.7.  stretch-backports contains only schleuder
3.3.0.  do we think that we want a more modern version of schleuder in
debian-backports?  if so, someone™ is going to need to backport
ruby-mail as well.

I'm not enough of a ruby maintainer to backport it myself, but i would
like to be able to run a recent version of schleuder on debian stretch
systems in the near future if possible.

Thanks for all the work in getting schleuder in shape for debian.  that
kind of system integration is definitely helpful!
