A work around would be to downgrade ruby-sidekiq to 5.2.7+dfsg-1. I 
will fix ruby-gitlab-sidekiq-fetcher.

And you will still need to downgrade ruby-google-protobuf and ruby-grpc 
(use snapshot.debian.org).
