ruby-sqlite3 was recently updated in unstable, and now ruby-joiner fails
to build with:

Could not find gem 'sqlite3 (~> 1.3.8)' in any of the gem sources listed in your Gemfile.

Note that ~> 1.3.8 is too strict a dependency. Please consider chancing
it to ~> 1.3, and possibly send a patch upstream.
