In 2 days and 70+ rebuilds we have gitlab working with ruby 2.7 (just 
tested git clone and git push).

Add https://people.debian.org/~praveen/fasttrack-staging/ and 
https://people.debian.org/~srud/fasttrack-staging/ repos with 
buster-backports and buster-fasttrack suites

Once you confirm, I can push these packages to fasttrack.debian.net
