Dear Maintainer,

since ruby 2.6, bundler is part of ruby core (https://bugs.ruby-
lang.org/issues/12733).
The debian package ruby2.7 already includes /usr/bin/bundler2.7 but the symlink
/usr/bin/bundler is missing.
