[DRE-maint] Bug#966085: gitlab contains git bundles with non-free code, unlisted code

Hello maintainer,

The source package contains copies of various project templates
(vendor/project_templates) that contain copyleft code which needs to
be mentioned in d/copyright.

For example, the git bundle ("./project.bundle") inside
vendor/project_templates/hexo.tar.gz contains the FontAwesome
webfonts, licensed under SIL OFL 1.1.

Additionally, some code contained in these bundles is non-DFSG free.
For example, in the same bundle as previously mentioned, in
landscape/source/fancybox there are files which are licensed under CC
BY-NC 3.0.

Please search the contents of the project templates git bundles for
files and incorporate it into the d/copyright file, or ensure they are
excluded from all distributed binaires.
