[DRE-maint] Bug#966154: sup-mail: sup-config - prompt to launch "sup-mail" (not "sup")

Debian renames bin/sup to bin/sup-mail. See:

We therefore need a Debian patch for sup-config, to also make sup-config
aware of this rename from bin/sup to bin/sup-mail. Otherwise sup-config
will prompt the user to execute nonexistent command bin/sup.
