Upstream does not support rails 6 yet. I maintain a personal repo targeting buster-backports now. See  https://wiki.debian.org/Diaspora/ and https://git.fosscommunity.in/debian-ruby/TaskTracker/-/issues/171

I don't expect it to support rails 6 before bullseye, but hopefully in bullseye-backports or provide rails 5 in a personal repo.
