[DRE-maint] Bug#972754: Bug fixed in 13.5.7-1

Dear Maintainer,

In package version 13.5.7-1, this issue is still present. When I try to 
upload a JPG file to an issue, the upload fails unless I manually 
install libimage-exiftool-perl.
