[DRE-maint] Bug#985840: gitlab-shell: should not ship /usr/bin/check

Package: gitlab-shell
Version: 13.13.0+debian-1+b1
Severity: serious

/usr/bin/check seems like an awfully generic program name to be shipped
in something like gitlab-shell. Please don't.

Thanks,
Julien
