I was able to reproduce the issue, but not yet sure what broke it. This
seems to be caused by node-browserslist but will need to confirm.

Staying on unstable is harder than fasttrack for this reason. I'd
recommend you switch to fasttrack versions or be prepared to have
breakages like this often.
