Hi,
	On rebuilding redmine package on unstable for migrating ruby-rouge 3.30 from experimental to testing,
	build fails due to mismatch version of rouge gem.

	Relevant part of log (Hopefully):

make[1]: Entering directory '/<<PKGBUILDDIR>>'
./debian/check-locales
bundle --local --quiet
`/sbuild-nonexistent` is not a directory.
Bundler will use `/tmp/bundler20220816-140177-r2rm5b140177' as your home directory temporarily.
Could not find gem 'rouge (~> 3.28.0)' in cached gems or installed locally.

The source contains the following gems matching 'rouge':
  * rouge-3.30.0
make[1]: *** [debian/rules:14: override_dh_auto_configure] Error 7
make[1]: Leaving directory '/<<PKGBUILDDIR>>'
make: *** [debian/rules:5: binary] Error 2
