Hello,

The last upload of file/libmagic (1:5.43-3), currently in experimental) also
the ruby-ruby-magic-static test suite:

In fact, file's upstream has changed the value. Please, at your own
descretion, relax that check, or adjust it to the new value once I've
uploaded file to unstable - my plan to do this is in about a week.
