[DRE-maint] Bug#1005397: src:ruby2.7: fails to migrate to testing for too long: FTBFS on ppc64el

AFAIK we are not working to fix it (if some of the other maintainers is 
actively working on this, correct me please). We are willing to ship 
ruby3.0 in bookworm (instead of ruby2.7), but at the moment we are 
waiting for the release team to start the ruby2.7 removal. Hopefully, 
ruby2.7 will be removed from soon.
