This is interesting.  This sort of issue is likely dependent on the 
specific JPEG file which was used.  JPEG stores the profiles in one or 
more chunks which need to be concatenated together to produce the 
original profile.

What is the minimum that I need to do to reproduce the issue in 
GraphicsMagick?

Is the specific JPEG file which caused the issue available?
