I cannot reproduce this segfault, hence I am tagging the bug report as
unreproducible.

Also, the root cause of a segfault may be in the Ruby interpreter (or
maybe in some Ruby library, such as ruby-unicode): I am therefore
reassigning to the ruby2.7 package. If the Debian Ruby Team is able to
reproduce the segfault, they may perhaps be able to pinpoint what's
wrong.
