[DRE-maint] Bug#1015751: redmine: /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/rubygems-integration not in triggers file

Dear Debian Ruby Team,

the file /var/lib/dpkg/info/redmine.triggers doesn't contain the path
/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/rubygems-integration

For example, a dependency of redmine is ruby-nokogiri which has its
gemspec file in
/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/rubygems-integration/3.0.0/specifications and an
upgrade of that package renders redmine unusable.
Shouldn't the triggers file be adapted?
