Hi,

I'm going to upload that same package (plus a version bump) to unstable
DELAYED/10.

I'm going to start the actual salvage process, as it seems no one is
responding to those issues. Would be happy to co-maintain and I'll keep
the team as maintainers (even if I don't believe I'm part of it).

I'll also see if I can update to 0.4.0 after the 0.3.0 package hits
testing.
