Hi Ruby team--

The kramdown gem version 2.4 is available upstream.  The
kramdown-rfc2629 gem now depends on version 2.4 (as of kramdown-rfc
1.6.7; debian is at 1.6.6), so it'd be great to have ruby-kramdown
updated in debian.
