Unfortunately it is difficult to support upgrading from experimental 
version to bullseye-fasttrack. A better option may be taking up the 
database backup and restore it on a clean bullseye-fasttrack installed 
system.

As for the original autoprefixer problem, installing autoprefixer-rails 
from rubygems.org fixes the issue
