Dear ftpmasters,

please remove ruby-ferret. It FTBFS with ruby3.0 and newer, and is not
in stable/testing.
#996227 about the FTBFS is open since October 2021, and there was
already discussion about removing ruby-ferret.

No rdeps exist.
