Please remove ruby3.0 from unstable. It was an intermediate step between
ruby2.7 (bullseye) and ruby3.1 (bookworm), and is already not in testing.

A few packages would be left broken by this, but they are already broken
for a while. Maybe I will ask for them to be removed as well at some
point, but in principle they could as well be fixed.
