[ Reason ]
This updates makes it possible for users to use NodeJS binaries newer
than the ones provided in bullseye.

[ Impact ]
Users using a NodeJS version can't get passenger to work because it
fails to start due to use of an invalid global variable.

All the existing tests still pass.

The changes are trivial.
