Installing this package gives the warning:

Error in `/usr/share/doc-base/ruby-sqlite3.ruby-sqlite3-faq', line 11: all `Format' sections are invalid.

The section is called "HTML", but points to a non-existent markdown
file (the file is compressed in the package).
