I think it should have been cloned instead of reassigned and the bug for
ruby-rack downgraded to wishlist. It's not a RC bug to not ship the
latest version in unstable. It is an RC bug to Build-Depend on a version
not available in the suite. Doing that now.

Please use the right severity for the problem.
