Looking at the FTBFS history on R-B infra [1], I'm pretty sure that this 
isn't new and that the problem likely is that the timeout doesn't 
account for very busy build servers.

Let's not block the migration on an existing issue.

Also, it's probably needed to have a look at the first two build 
failures of the current version on the buildds, it seems the package 
tries to connect to network during build.
