Quack,

Upstream, despite being active in other projects, has made no commit in 
the last 6 years and stopped responding to bug reports including a 
proposal to take over the maintenance.

Now it fails to build with GCC 14 (see #1075465).

ruby-ldap was used by ruby-activeldap but in 2018 it switched to 
ruby-net-ldap. There is no reverse dependencies or build dependencies 
left.

I believe there is no reason to keep this package in Debian, please 
remove it.
