Dear Debian ruby-optimist package maintainer,

The last upload of package ruby-optimist was not a source-only upload.
As a result, it was unable to migrate to Debian Testing. The RC bug
(#1080990) thus cannot be fixed in Debian Testing and is triggering
autoremoval.

Please make another source-only upload following
https://wiki.debian.org/SourceOnlyUpload to fix this problem.
