[DRE-maint] Bug#1083018: tmuxinator: complains about unsupported version of tmux

When starting tmuxinator, I get the following message:

In general, software should not complain about a newer version of
dependent software unless it is certain that it's incompatible.  It's
normal and expected in Debian that different packages are updated at
different times as the system administrator sees fit.  For example, a
system administrator might update tmux from the backports repository
even if tmuxinator doesn't have a backport, which should function
without nagging.

If an update of tmux actually breaks tmuxinator, please upload a new
version with an appropriate Depends relation so that incompatible
versions are not co-installable and upgrade this bug to serious.  If, as
I assume is the case, this is just an overly strict upstream, please
patch this functionality out in a new upload.  (This is what Debian does
with OpenSSL's overly strict version check.)

I am aware that there is a command-line option for this, but that
behaviour should be the default.
