[DRE-maint] src:ruby-fast-xs fixed in git ‒ please pull

Hi!

ruby-fast-xs was the botd today. I found the Salsa import, and fixed
both outstanding debbugs (&c.), incl. the FTBFS, at
  https://salsa.debian.org/ruby-team/ruby-fast-xs/-/merge_requests/1

Also posting here since idk if you get notifs for that repo.
