[DRE-maint] Bug#1099067: libruby3.3: libruby3.1t64 not removed after transition

Thanks for this bug report!

I took a deeper look and I found 2 gems that 1) are shipped by
libruby3.1 and now it is not shipped by libruby3.3 and 2) the version
of the separate packages are the same as the version provided by
libruby3.1. They are: ruby-csv and ruby-ruby2-keywords.

For ruby-csv, there is a new upstream release and I just uploaded
version 3.3.3-1 to unstable, which is greater than the version provided
by libruby3.1. This should be fixed once it migrates to trixie.

For ruby-ruby2-keywords, there is no new upstream release and will very
likely not have a new one, since this is a compat package. I was
wondering if we should add `ruby-ruby2-keyworkds (>= 0.0.5-1~)` as a
Depends in libruby3.3 to solve this issue. This is still TBD. I'd like
some feedback before proceeding.
