Thanks for catching that.  I have just uploaded a commit that fixes it 
and the sudo typo.

I extensively tested both Apache-Passenger example config files, which 
led me to make a number of improvements in both them and the 
documentation.

I did not do any testing with Nginx (you’ll notice my changes have all 
been Apache centric because I don’t personally have any experience 
running Nginx, although I will probably need to change that now that I 
am maintaining Redmine).  Please feel free to open an MR with any 
improvements you think would be helpful for people using Nginx.
