I just uploaded a fixed ruby-eb.
I would guess the remaining ruby-* packages could either be broken 
or removed. subtle appears upstream dead. libprelude also appears 
upstream dead and has other open RC bugs.

Not sure whats the story with robot-testing-framework, CC'ing Nilesh 
Patra.
