The version in testing (0.8.1+dfsg-4.1) was already broken, but this was
not noticed as tests were not enabled.
It's unmaintained upstream for 10 years.
It has one reverse dependency: ruby-github-markup, which is outdated and
has no reverse dependencies except gitlab (not in testing).
ruby-sinatra build-depended on it, but it's not actually needed, so I
just removed it.
ruby-wikicloth should get auto-removed from testing (and that's fine).
