This is the result of running dpkg-checkdeps:

Options marked [*] produce a lot of output - pipe it through 'less' or 'more' !

In addition, the examples from the manpage fails as well. The manpage mentions
dpkg-checkdeps.rb as the command, which also needs a fix.
