Unfortunately, I can't answer your question because this is the first
time I've tried Redmine on Debian. However, I found a workaround by
creating a directory named "tmp" in /usr/share/redmine. This still
doesn't address the underlying problem, though: Redmine still expects
the /usr/share/redmine/tmp directory to exist.
