[DRE-maint] Bug#1097815: NMUed a fix for #1097815

Hello ruby-team, hello Youhei,

I upgraded ruby-gnome to the latest upstream version, which fixes
#1097815 as a side-effect. I am maintaining screenruler, which depends
on ruby-gnome and was autoremoved recently, hence the NMU to DELAYED+15

The changes in the branch debian/latest are available at
https://salsa.debian.org/georgesk/ruby-gnome

Please let me know if there is a better way to help you. I do not know
how to share easily branches pristine-tar and upstream/latest, which are
part of a local git repository cloned from
https://salsa.debian.org/ruby-team/ruby-gnome

Also, please let me know whether I should cancel the upload to the
DELAYED queue.
