the nokogumbo ruby gem is dead upstream. It has been merged with the
nokogiri gem, which is packaged in Debian (ruby-nokogiri).

This package is also suffering from an RC bug:
https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=1092697

Could you please remove that package from the archive?
