[DRE-maint] Bug#606983: redmine: needs a way to run as a separate user per instance

I wrote a previous email to this bug report, but I realized I didn’t include a 
direct email for the submitter, so you might not have seen it if you aren’t 
subscribed to the bug.  My previous email is reproduced below.


I am new to involvement with the Debian Redmine package.  I see that the last 
response to this bug report is 13 years old.  Is this still a desired feature?
