[DRE-maint] Bug#807169: README.Debian / advice about plugins

Daniel,

I wrote an email to this bug report a while back, but I realized I didn’t include the 
direct email for the submitter, so you might not have seen it if you aren’t subscribed 
to the email.  The contents of the previous email is reproduced below.


I am new to the Debian packaging of Redmine.  I see that the last comment in 
this bug report is from 4 years ago.  Do we still feel that additional 
documentation is needed regarding plugins or do we consider the issues raised 
in this report to be resolved?
