apt-listbugs maintainer/developer here.
I am also seeing the same warning in a sid chroot.
At a first glance, it does not seem to have any other consequences,
besides being annoying...
I hope it can be investigated and fixed soon, as part of the ongoing
Ruby 3.3 transition.
