[DRE-maint] Bug#1094648: schleuder: replace obsolete thin with puma

Dear Maintainer,

We are working on ruby-rack 3 transition and learned thin does not support rack
3. So we are thinking of replacing all thin dependencies with puma
(alternatively thin could be fixed to work with rack 3 if someone is
interested).

So please replace thin with puma.
