ruby-jwt added a Breaks on the version of ruby-googleauth without filing 
a bug against ruby-googleauth about that (I guess it's implicit in bug 
1120250). That means that something needs to be resolved to move things 
forward. Both packages are key packages. Can somebody please look into this?
