[DRE-maint] ruby-httpx_1.7.2-1_amd64.changes REJECTED

Hello,
I don't understand this reject. I have a license stanza in the copyright file specifically for lib/httpx/domain_name.rb - it could be renamed to Expat, but I'm not sure why it was rejected since that's usually just a comment.
Could you please clarify? Do I need to modify my copyright file further?
