Because of 1 I think we should change the package name (and SONAME) for
libcurl3.  I don't think 2 is appropriate.


Or 2ssl1.1 or alike, in case upstream does a future SONAME bump.

Of course changing SONAME means a transition, but that's the best way to
handle it in my opinion.
