[Pkg-rust-maintainers] Bug#876831: "30-minute introduction" no longer has any content

Hi,

The rust-doc package registers three documents with doc-base:

- "The Rust Programming Language", the rust book;
- "The Rust Reference", the API reference;
- "The Rust Guide", what used to be a short introduction to rust.

The content of the latter (actually the first in the doc-base index) is now just the following, however:
